Poster Print
The Poster Print feature was a suggestion from our early adopters.
Most individuals don’t have large format colour printers – and certainly not plotters that cost thousands of dollars. Most of these people know the frustration of trying to get an area of interest printed at the right scale to be useful on their limited resources.
Hence, the TrueNorth poster print feature was born.
With this feature you just have to select the area to print, choose the scale, paper size, and orientation, and TrueNorth will automatically divide the map up so that the printable area of each page lines up perfectly to form a poster sized map. TrueNorth even leaves lines up the map furniture (scale bar, compass rose and grid labels) so they’re only around the edges of the finished map.
